Currently, FNG provides services in many areas of Fairbanks from east to west, Airport Way near the Princess Hotel to Old Steese near Home Depot and from north to south, the Johansen Expressway to Van Horn Road. Listed below are some of the areas and subdivisions served:

FNG has been aggressively expanding the distribution system every year since 1997 with distribution main and service lines. Currently, FNG has short term plans to provide service to the residential and business areas of Fairbanks and the immediate area.
